Warranty Policy

The warranty policy applies to all watches and handbags sold from the website titanwatches.vn unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs incurred for warranty products will be charged to the customer.

 

FOR WATCHES:
  • Titan watches with distributor stamps
  • Valid warranty book/ Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam website
  • Watches have not been repaired elsewhere
  • The machine stops for unknown reasons, the machine is water damaged due to technical errors
  • Only the internal machine is warranted such as repair, replacement of new internal components, not replacement with another watch
  • Battery replacement within the warranty period
  • Warranty is only valid when the watch has a valid warranty book/ Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam and has full information such as: watch code, place of sale, date of purchase, buyer information and must be within the specified warranty period.
  • Warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase stated on the warranty book/Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam

 

**** Conditions not covered by warranty:
  • No warranty for battery life
  • No warranty for indirect consequences of improper use of the watch by the user
  • No warranty for watches that have been repaired at non-genuine places
  • No warranty for external parts such as: case, glass, strap, stone... External parts are repaired for a fee with the customer's consent.
